outer-jessie's Diaryland Diary ----------------------------------------------------------------------------------------- Comedy punctuated by tragedy Goodness, how do you people stand me - I am so boring! Go and drop all these depressing little nuggets, then take off for weeks at a time and forget all about the whole thing. Though it is very soothing to be able to write when my mood is at its darkest, it doesn't make for the most uplifting storyline. And the drama continues...our Christmas tree is most assuredly dead, and it is only the 6th. By the time we get back from our cruise (Cabo!) all our presents will be covered in dusty shattered pine needles. But, for all its decrepitude and lack of that good piney smell Christmas trees are supposed to fill your house with, it does look pretty dashing when it's all electrified. Mmmm, electric bill. All right then, back to the piles and piles of work I was supposed to get done yesterday and naively thought I might until I looked at the to-do list and realized how high and deep the pile was.
